The Collective: Ian Stanley’s Private Mastermind for Business Owners Who Are Done Guessing

Direct weekly access to Ian’s email marketing strategies, paid traffic playbooks, and sales funnel optimization, in a room of serious operators.

The Collective is Ian Stanley’s private mastermind for established business owners who want to scale faster using email marketing, paid traffic, and sales funnel optimization.

It runs weekly. Two live Zoom calls per week, a WhatsApp group for between-call questions, and direct hot seat feedback from Ian on your copy, funnels, and strategy.

It’s not a course. It’s not recorded content you’ll never watch. It’s a room of serious operators and direct access to someone who has quietly generated $200M+ in online sales, mostly through email. Apply here and Ian’s team will follow up.

The Best Investment Ian Makes Every Year Is Paying to Be in Rooms With People Better Than Him.

Ian spends over $100,000 a year on masterminds. Not because he has money to burn. Because he’s seen the math work every time. The right room, with the right people, compounds in a way no course or book ever will.

That’s the thinking behind The Collective. Not “Ian teaches a class.” Collective: everyone contributes. Members bring questions, submissions, strategies, and wins. Ian facilitates, reviews, and builds on what’s already in the room.

The result is a mastermind that gets sharper over time because the people in it get sharper. Two 9-figure businesses are already inside. The conversation reflects that.

Two Calls Per Week. Direct Access. No Fluff.

Here’s exactly what membership looks like week to week.

01
Collective Call

The Collective Call: Live Hot Seats and Expert Deep Dives

Every Wednesday at 11:00 am Pacific, members join a live Zoom with Ian. Each call is either a hot seat call where Ian reviews member submissions in real time, or a deep-dive call with a guest expert.

Submissions are first come, first served. You can submit anything: your email sequence, your sales page, your opt-in page, your paid traffic campaign, your offer structure.

Ian reviews it live, tells you what’s wrong, and shows you how to fix it. Replays are stored in Skool for anyone who can’t attend live.

02
Traffic Call

The Traffic Call: Paid Ads Strategy and Setup Support

A dedicated weekly call focused entirely on paid traffic. Get your ads set up, troubleshoot campaigns that aren’t performing, and learn what Ian is currently spending thousands per day on profitably across YouTube, Meta, and TikTok.

The traffic call is where members learn to acquire email subscribers at a profit, run paid promotions that scale, and fix the conversion leaks that make ad spend feel like burning money.

If your biggest bottleneck is traffic, this call alone is worth the membership.

03
WhatsApp Group

WhatsApp Group: Ask Anything, Get Answers Within 48 Hours

Membership isn’t a once-a-week thing. Between calls, the WhatsApp group keeps the collective running. Post your questions, share what’s working, or flag something you need help with before the next call.

Ian responds personally by text, audio, or video within 24 to 48 hours on weekdays. Nothing is off limits. Members use it constantly for quick copy feedback, campaign questions, and real-time strategy input between formal calls.

04
Skool Members Area

Skool Members Area: Replays, Bonuses, and the Full Archive

Every call replay is stored in the Skool members area so nothing is ever lost. New members get instant access to the full archive, including months of real-world sales funnel reviews, paid traffic breakdowns, email sequence audits, and expert guest sessions.

Members also receive three high-value bonuses at no extra charge: the Trigger’s Training ($3,000 value), the Copy and Deliverability Workshop ($10,000 value), and recordings from Ian’s first live Collective event in Austin.

Bring Your Real Business Problems. Ian Reviews All of It.

The submission form is open to all members before each call. First come, first served.

Email Sequences, Sales Pages & VSLs

Bring your welcome sequence, launch emails, daily broadcast emails, sales page copy, or video script. Ian reviews it live, tells you exactly what’s wrong, what’s working, and what to change.

Members report that a single hot seat on one email sequence often pays for months of membership. Bring your real copy, not a theoretical question.

Ads, Funnels & Offer Structure

Bring your paid ad campaigns, opt-in page, upsell flow, or entire funnel. Ian reviews conversion rate data, identifies where money is leaking, and gives specific recommendations for improving cost per acquisition and return on ad spend.

Applied sales funnel optimization, not theory. Real campaigns reviewed against real numbers.

Business Growth & Scaling Decisions

Not everything fits in a copy review. Some members bring bigger strategic questions: which product to prioritize, how to structure a new offer, whether to scale a campaign, or how to position against competitors.

Ian’s perspective as someone who has built and scaled multiple businesses brings a different lens than a standard copywriting coach would.

The Collective Is for Business Owners Who Are Already in Motion.

Everything You Want to Know Before Applying

How much does The Collective cost?

The Collective is $1,000 per month, billed quarterly at $3,000.

The application will ask if that investment makes sense for where your business is right now. If you’re not sure if it’s the right time, apply anyway and Ian’s team will give you an honest answer.

What does the application process look like?

Fill out the application and describe your business, what you’re working on, and what you’re trying to solve. Ian’s team reviews applications personally and follows up within two business days.

If it looks like a fit, they’ll schedule a short call. No hard sell. If The Collective isn’t the right fit, they’ll tell you that directly and point you toward what makes more sense.

What if I can’t make the live calls every week?

Replays of every call are posted in the Skool members area before the end of the week. Ian’s strong recommendation is to attend live. That’s where the hot seats and the real interaction happen.

If you miss a call, nothing is lost. You can also send a team member in your place. Just give CJ at [email protected] a heads up with their name and email beforehand.

What kind of businesses are inside The Collective?

A mix of online business models: info products, coaching programs, e-commerce brands, SaaS, and service businesses that use email and paid traffic as primary growth levers.

Two members run 9-figure businesses. The room skews toward direct response and online business. It’s not the right fit for brick-and-mortar or businesses that don’t use email and paid traffic as core channels.

What’s the difference between The Collective and Ian’s other courses?

The courses teach frameworks you apply yourself. The Collective is Ian reviewing your actual business.

There’s no substitute for someone who has done this at scale looking at your specific emails, your specific funnel, and your specific traffic campaigns and telling you exactly what to change. The courses give you the principles. The Collective gives you the application of those principles to your exact situation, with Ian’s direct feedback, weekly.

What if The Collective isn’t what I expected?

You’re billed quarterly. If it’s not working for you, you don’t renew. There’s no long-term contract.

The best way to assess fit is to apply, talk to the team, and make a decision with full information about what membership actually looks like week to week.

Ready to Stop Guessing and Start Getting Direct Feedback on What Actually Matters?

Apply to The Collective. Ian’s team follows up within two business days. No hard sell. Just an honest conversation about whether it’s the right fit.
